Why not young ladies panties?  Lets face it, young ladies panties will never go out of fashion.  I guess for a guy it represents elements of youth and our first experiences with younger women that we loved, liked or just wanted to fuck the hell out of.

A guy having a fascination with a young ladies panties to an extent makes a man feel like a 'man'.  He feels he a degree of control, experience and feels like an animal and this contributes to the feeling of feeling sexually superior.  In general by this point it can makes guys feels highly aroused.

The style of panties may also play a part in the excitement too.  The underwear can be cute, girly, young and generally speaking, VERY exciting for the pantie connoisseur.

For example, who wouldn't  want Vanessa Hudgens  panties?  And of course there are other examples of what i mean without any prompting from me.
